Digital Asset Clear Out Announcement
On April 30, 2025, we'll upgrade our services and convert your digital assets to SGD. The SGD remains usable for card spend and ATM withdrawals.
What do you need to do?
If you wish to retain your digital assets, please complete the withdrawal before April 30, 2025, 10:00 (UTC+8):
Log in to your account and go to D-vault.
Select the digital asset you want to withdraw.
Confirm the withdrawal address and amount, then proceed with the withdrawal.
If you do not withdraw your assets:
After April 30, your digital assets will be automatically converted to SGD.
The converted SGD can be used for transactions but cannot be converted back to digital assets.
If the converted funds are not credited to your account or if you have any disputes regarding the amount, please contact our support team for assistance.
