Digital Inactive Account Fee Announcement

We wish to inform you that an Inactive Account Fee will apply to DeCard cards with effect from 13 February 2026.

A DeCard will be considered inactive if no transactions are made for 90 consecutive days. Where a card remains inactive, an inactivity fee may be charged in accordance with the applicable fee schedule.
