How to apply for DeCard Luminaries?

Register & login

Register and log into the DeCard App, then go to the Card page and select DeCard Luminaries.

Complete the "Getting to know you" form

Complete the "Getting to know you" form to confirm whether you are a C-suite executive or a Key Opinion Leader

KYC

Once your initial eligibility check is approved, you may proceed to full KYC. You can choose from the following 2 verification methods:

• Singpass: for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

• Upload passport and proof of address: for foreigners

Apply for DeCard Luminaries

Post identity verification, you will be required to complete and confirm your personal/residence/employment details.
