# How to apply for DeCard Luminaries?

**Step 1: Register & login.**

Register and log into the DeCard App, then go to the Card page and select DeCard Luminaries.

**Step 2: Complete the card application.**

Complete the form to confirm whether you are a C-suite executive or a Key Opinion Leader. Once your initial eligibility check is approved, you can start the card application and identity verification process. You can choose from the following 2 verification methods:

* Singpass: for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
* Upload passport and proof of address: for foreigners

After identity verification, you are required to complete and confirm your personal/residence/employment details.

**Step 3: Transfer funds.**

Once your DeCard Luminaries application is approved, you'll receive a virtual card with a starting credit limit assigned by DCS.  To transfer funds:

* Go to the D-Vault page and tap "Pay to card".
* Select the currency or stablecoin you want to transfer.
* Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your repayment.
