Complimentary airport lounge visits with Dragonpass

Q1: How many lounge visits am I entitled to? As a DeCard Luminaries cardholder, you are entitled to 2 complimentary airport lounge visits ("Dragonpass Entitlement"). To redeem your 2 complimentary airport lounge visits, please visit the "Luminaries Benefits" page on the DeCard App for details. You may also select additional 3 complimentary airport lounge visits as your welcome gift ("Dragonpass Welcome Gift"). To select your welcome gift, please visit "Luminaries Benefits", then "Select your welcome gift" section under the page.

Please note:

• Your Dragonpass Entitlement and Dragonpass Welcome Gift will each come with a different Membership Number and Activation Code.

• Because of this, you’ll see two separate memberships in your Dragonpass App — one for the 2 complimentary visits, and one for the 3 welcome gift visits.

Q2: I have an existing DragonPass account. How do I redeem the lounge visits on my account?

You will be required to log in to your existing account, select the "Membership" tab and select "Add Membership". It is possible for 1 account to have multiple memberships. Alternatively, it is also possible if you select "Activate Membership" and input the Membership number and Activation code. Upon completion, the new membership will be loaded into your Dragonpass account.

Q3: Why does the Membership number or Activation code not work? There could be a number of reasons:

• Expired Activation Codes: Activation codes may expire after a certain period. If your code is expired, it might need to be refreshed or extended. Please reach out to Dragonpass Support Centre for assistance.

• Already Registered Codes: If you receive a message that the activation code is already registered, it might be due to the code being used previously. If you did not use this code previously, please reach out to Dragonpass Support Centre for assistance.

• Incorrect Code Entry: Please ensure that the activation code is entered correctly. If the code is invalid, an error message will be displayed.

Q4. I have selected Dragonpass as my welcome gift so I should have a total of 5 visits but I only see 2. How can I view the remaining? Please note that the Membership number and Activation Code for the Dragonpass Entitlement and Dragonpass Welcome Gift are 2 different sets of numbers, so you would need to input both set of numbers to enable all 5 visits. If you have already input both sets of Membership numbers and Activation Codes, please toggle between the 2 memberships to view your respective lounge visits.
