If I have a DeCard USD Card, can I participate in the "Referral Program"?

Yes. The DeCard USD Card is fully eligible for the existing referral program. Whether your friend applies for the SGD Card or the USD Card, the application will count as a valid referral, and you will receive rewards once the criteria are met.
