How to apply for DeCard？

Step 1: Start your card application.

After you register and enter the "Card" page, you can start the card application process (new users will also complete identity verification in this process):

• First, you need to select the card scheme (i.e. Visa, Mastercard).

• Identity verification will be performed after selecting the card scheme; you can choose from the following 2 verification methods:

  • Singpass: for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

  • Upload passport and proof of address: for other foreigners in Singapore.

• After identity verification, you are required to complete and confirm your personal/residence/employment details. Application can be submitted after confirmation.

Step 2: Transfer funds to increase your spending limit.

Transfer funds to increase your spending limit. Once your DeCard application is approved, you’ll receive a virtual card with a starting credit limit assigned by DCS. To transfer funds:

• Go to the D-Vault page and tap "Pay to card".

• Select the currency or stablecoin you want to transfer.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your repayment.
