How to apply for DeCard？

Step 1: After you register and enter the "Card" page, you can start the card application process (new users will also complete identity verification in this process).

• First you need to select the card scheme (i.e. Mastercard).

• Identity verification will be performed after selecting the card scheme; you can choose from the following 2 verification methods:

  • Singpass: for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

  • Upload passport and proof of address: for other foreigners in Singapore.

• After identity verification, you are required to complete and confirm your personal/residence/employment details. Application can be submitted after confirmation.

Step 2: Top-up to spend more.Once you are approved for DeCard, you will be issued a virtual card with a starting credit limit of S$100. To top-up in order to spend:

• On the D-Vault page, find the "Top-up" button.

• Select the currency/token you wish to top-up with.

• Follow the instructions on the page to complete the process.
