Yes. You may request to cancel your card after it has been issued for at least 90 days. Once your card is cancelled, it will be deactivated immediately and can no longer be use.

Q3: If I cancel my card, can I apply for a new DeCard?

Yes. You can apply for a new DeCard immediately after your card has been cancelled.
