What can I do if my top-up do not arrive?

If your top-up has been completed on the blockchain but has not been credited to your account after 30 minutes, please contact customer support for assistance.

To expedite the resolution, please have the following information ready:

  • Transaction ID or Hash ID

  • The digital asset you topped up (USDT, USDC) and the network used (Ethereum, TRON, Solana)

  • The phone number you used to log in

Once you provide the complete information, our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
