If I top-up with digital assets (stablecoins), do I need to convert the stablecoin to SGD by myself?

No you do not. Simply deposit USDT or USDC following the instructions on your DeCard MasterCard's D-Vault page, and our digital payment token provider will automatically process the conversion for you.
