### The Luminaries Evolution: Dual Rewards & 0% FX Fees

The more you spend on your DeCard Luminaries, the more value you build. Engineered exclusively for your global travels, our premium payment experience allows you to automatically unlock a dual-reward powerhouse (Cashback + DePoints) alongside 0% FX fees globally.

#### Q1: How does the dual-reward system work?

Eligible spending automatically accumulates both rewards simultaneously. Your rewards scale up across tiers based on your total calendar-month spending:

| First US$2,000    | 2%             | 1 DePoint per US$1 spent |
| Next US$3,000     | 3%             | 1 DePoint per US$1 spent |

| **Capped at**     | **US$200**     | **Unlimited**            |

\*Note: Cents are not counted towards DePoints.

**Example of Dual Earnings:**

If your total monthly spend is US$6,000:

* Cashback Earned: (US$2,000 × 2%) + (US$3,000 × 3%) + (US$1,000 × 10%) = US$230 (Capped at US$200)
* DePoints Earned: 1 DePoint for every single dollar spent = 6,000 DePoints.
* Total Reward for the Month: US$200 Cash Credit + 6,000 DePoints.

\*For SGD denominated cards, the cash credit will be credited in Singapore dollars. The final amount credited may differ depending on the applicable exchange rates determined by DCS applied at the time of posting.

#### Q2: How do the 0% FX fees work?

To ensure your capital has maximum global flexibility, DeCard Luminaries features 0% FX fees worldwide. You can travel, purchase, and transact internationally with zero foreign transaction fees and absolutely no hidden markup costs. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay for.

#### Q3: When are my Cashback and DePoints credited?

Eligible transactions are calculated on a calendar-month basis (from the first day to the last day of each month). Your combined dual rewards are calculated at the close of the month and will be credited directly to your account by the 10th day of the following month.

#### Q4: How long are my DePoints valid for, and what can I use them for?

* **Validity:** DePoints remain valid for 2 years (24 months) from the exact date they are credited to your account.
* **Redemption:** You can open the DePoints rewards catalog directly inside the DeCard app to instantly redeem your points for exclusive partner perks, premium dining vouchers, lifestyle rewards, or cross-border travel privileges.

#### Q5: What happens if a transaction is reversed or refunded?

If an eligible purchase is reversed, cancelled, or refunded, DeCard will automatically claw back the corresponding amount of cashback and the specific number of DePoints that were generated by that original transaction.

#### Q6: Are there any transactions excluded from rewards?

Scan-and-Pay transactions are not eligible to accumulate monthly cashback or DePoints.
