# 如何申请 DeCard Luminaries？

**第 1 步：注册并登录。**

在 DeCard App 中注册并登录，然后进入“卡片”页面，选择 DeCard Luminaries。

**第 2 步：完成卡片申请。**

填写表单以确认您是否为 C-level 高管或关键意见领袖（KOL）。初步资格审核通过后，即可开始卡片申请和身份验证流程。您可以选择以下两种身份验证方式：

* Singpass：适用于新加坡公民和永久居民
* 上传护照及地址证明：适用于外国人

身份验证完成后，您需要填写并确认个人信息、居住信息及工作信息。

**第 3 步：转入资金。**\
一旦您的 DeCard Luminaries 申请获得批准，您将收到一张虚拟卡，初始信用额度由 DCS 分配。转入资金操作如下：

* 进入 D-Vault 页面并点击“Pay to card”。
* 选择您要转入的货币或稳定币。
* 按照屏幕提示完成操作。
